The mergers and acquisitions and operation of the water supply companies are realized or conducted primarily through the establishment of joint-venture water supply companies and the grant of water supply franchises. The main business scope of the Group includes the production, supply and sale of running water; the installation and modification of water meters and related services; and the construction of water supply facilities.

of the Group are located in provinces like
Shandong, Jiangxi, Anhui, Henan and Hainan.
